Professor Sorin ROSCA Award

We are pleased to inform you that during RICCCE 22 (22nd Romanian International Conference on Chemistry and Chemical Engineering) we are launching the first edition of the competition for young researchers (up to 35 years old) for the "Professor Sorin ROȘCA Award".

This competition aims to encourage young people involved in research activities to present their scientific results in an international conference. The prize is supported by MDPI and its value is 500 CHF.

This year, the prize is awarded in the memory of Professor Sorin Roșca who, through his activity of more than 6 decades at the University Politehnica of Bucharest, has been a permanent supporter of young people towards the study and practice in the field of chemistry.

In order to participate in this competition, young researchers enrolled in RICCCE 22 (with papers presented orally or poster) are invited to send an application to the conference secretariat, at the address riccce22@chimie.upb.ro, before September 1, 2022.

The participants registered in the competition must present orally, within 3 minutes, the results of their own research in a special session dedicated to the competition (Friday 9th of September 2022), in front of a specialized international jury.
